COVID-19 Office Protocols

In order to protect both our clients and staff the following office protocols will apply from the 5th of May 2020 until further notice:

The office hours will be restricted with the office only open from 08h00 to allow time for us to sanitise the workplace.
It will only be possible to  meet with clients if an appointment is made in advance. Please contact Tessa on  063-468-2447 to arrange an appointment.

All persons must wear a mask at all times. If you are not wearing a mask we will not be able to admit you to the office.

A maximum of two  clients on a single set of documents are permitted in the office at a time to ensure distancing. 

Please refrain from bringing additional family members or  children  during this time as we need to maintain distancing.

You will be required to complete a form confirming that your are well and can enter the office.

You will be required to sanitise your hands prior to entering the office.

In order to sanitise between client visits we require 30 minutes.  Please be patient with us if you have to wait for a short period. 

It is unfortunately not possible for us to  supply tea or coffee or other beverages during this period.
